We provide an all-encompassing corporate governance and company secretarial service unique to each client.

We do this by listening to client’s needs to gain a full understanding of what happens in their business. We aim to provide a “bigger picture” service offering (i.e. we are not just a form filing agent).

Our Journey

Having returned to Ireland from the UK, Anna Holland, a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute, saw an opportunity to offer a unique independent corporate governance and company secretarial service to Irish businesses and the doors to FCS Services opened in January 2012. Rapidly changing legal and regulatory environments within both Ireland and globally since 2012 have led to the growth of our Team; establishing ourselves as a recognised service provider within the corporate governance sector in Ireland; and the development of the unique service offering we now provide.

How are we unique?

  • Our USP – we think and operate as if we are in-house company secretaries (i.e. we are part of your team).
  • Our expertise – having extensive experience across a range of sectors (which include multinationals, financial institutions, high potential start-ups, charities/not-for-profits and SMEs) enables us to provide a bespoke service to each client.
  • We proactively engage with clients – we aim to acknowledge each e-mail, request, etc., within every working day (even if it is just to confirm receipt and expected timeline for actioning).

Anna Holland

Managing Director

In addition to being the MD of FCS Services, Anna is a Fellow of the ICSA: The Governance Institute and a Chartered Secretary/Corporate Governance Professional. Prior to setting up FCS Services Anna gained significant senior experience in the UK working with London based stock exchange listed entities and large multinationals/global organisations. Since establishing FCS Services Anna has worked with leading Irish financial institutions, global groups, Irish fund management entities, charities/not-for-profit organisations, pension trustees and HPSUs/SME’s.

Moira Cleary

Office Manager and Client Filings

Moira joined FCS Services in 2018 and has significant operational and management experience working in the financial services industry where she specialised in Compliance and Risk. Moira holds a QFA qualification from the Institute of Bankers and since joining the Team Moira has enhanced her knowledge and expertise by learning and developing new skills within the company secretarial sector. Moira now has responsibility for CRO filings, maintenance of statutory records, AML obligations and general compliance.

Jill Benton

Governance Professional

Jill joined FCS Services in January 2022 with a legal background having obtained an LLB Law and French degree at Trinity College Dublin. Since graduation Jill has worked in several jurisdictions namely Ireland, America and England and has 18 years’ experience working in paralegal roles with a heavy emphasis on company law, company formation and transactional matters. Since joining FCS Services Jill has worked primarily with large multinational fund entities providing full board governance support.

Margaret Holland

Office Administrator

Margaret joined FCS Services in May 2024 as an Office Administrator.  Margaret obtained a Diploma in Office Information Systems and French from the South East Technological University (formally known as The Institute of Technology, Carlow) and has a strong secretarial and administrative background having worked in legal offices in Limerick and Galway for over 17 years.   In addition, Margaret also worked in the Healthcare Sector for 5 years gaining important experience in providing a person-centred healthcare service to communities in County Galway.  As well as being first point of contact for the Company, Margaret provides full administration support to the FCS team.
